Tim’s Top Links – 9/17/18

by | Sep 17, 2018 | News

There’s nothing like rooting for a sports team to give you a quick lesson on managing expectations.  As you might know, I’m a big New York Jets fan.  Leave it to the Jets to get your hopes sky-high in Week 1, and immediately slam them back down in Week 2.  As an advisor, it’s always a nice lesson to be reminded of.

Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:

‘The Bane of Wall Street’ – Douglas Boneparth – Bone Fide Blog

‘When I Saw the Light’ – Fervent Finance

‘Free Trades Aren’t Free – Define Bid/Ask Spread’ – Jon Luskin – The Define Financial Blog

‘Revisiting the Fall of 2018’ – Ben Carlson – A Wealth of Common Sense

‘Ep. 014: Front Running Millennials’ – Reversion to the Mean (PODCAST)
