timThe MLB trade deadline is fast approaching, and my beloved Mets seem to be in the midst of a lost season.  Hopefully they can pull off some smart trades in the next week or so, and get some useful pieces for the future.  The trade deadline approaching put an idea in my head.  Imagine there was a trade deadline for investors?  After a certain point, you weren’t allowed to make any more trades in your account.  A lot of brokers and advisors in the industry would most definitely HATE that rule, but for some people, inactivity in their accounts would probably benefit them over the long-term.  I know it’ll never happen, but just a thought.  Happy Friday!
