Changes in demographics are a very important determination for economic growth. We need prime working age people to aid in growth of the economy. In the seventies, eighties and nineties we had a huge surge in Prime working age population, and it appears we are showing growth again. In fact we are showing .5% growth per year.  This is more growth than in previous generations. Demographics are now improving.
