timHopefully everyone enjoyed their Fourth Of July holiday!  As I watched the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest yesterday, I couldn’t help but think how disgustingly amazing it is.  Every year it grosses me out, and every year I sit down to watch it.  Joey Chestnut consumed over 20,000 calories in 10 minutes.  20,000 calories!! Anyway, enough about hot dogs until next year.
