Saving for retirement is not an easy task.  Planning your income throughout your retirement might be an even more difficult task, and one that people tend to overlook.  It’s great to save money for retirement, but if you don’t plan your income over the decades you could be retired, it might not matter that much.

I talked about this topic with Professor Jamie Hopkins in this week’s episode of Living With Money.  Hopkins is the author of the recently released book “Rewirement: Rewiring the Way You Think About Retirement!”, and it focuses on the risks retirees face when planning their retirement income.  Check it out below!

Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:

‘023 – Jamie Hopkins – Rewirement’ – Living With Money (PODCAST)

‘Nobody Cares How Much You Know, Until They Know How Much You Care’ – Casey Mullooly

‘The Original Flash Crash (or Why Liquidity Fears are Nothing New)’ – Ben Carlson – A Wealth of Common Sense

‘It’s Official: DOL Fiduciary Rule is Dead’ – Mark Schoeff Jr. – Investment News

‘How to Find Safe Dividends’ – Dan Lefkovitz – Morningstar

ENJOY!
