timThe world of ETF investing is definitely still a new idea to a lot of people.  However, the ETF industry is seeing some pretty interesting growth recently.  Every day there’s news of fund families launching crazier and crazier ETFs.  Similarly, about year or so later these same fund families will announce the closing of the funds due to lack of assets.  It’s a perfect example of “survival of the fittest”, and it also is a nice reminder to do a little bit of research before putting money into a fund.
