It was very interesting to me to look back at the third quarter of 2016 and see what did well.  Some of the strongest sectors from a couple years ago have seemingly made a turnaround.  Healthcare names, biotech funds, technology, and internet have been some of the best performers in the third quarter.  It definitely builds a case for a more ‘risk-on’ attitude in the market.  Let’s see if it continues in the fourth quarter.
