During what seems to be a bit of an ‘exhale’ in the US equity markets, there are a couple of old market adages to keep in mind:

When dealing with the market, it’s often “2 steps and stumble”, and “the stock market is the only place where when there’s a sale, the customers run out of the store”.

You can look at the glass half full, or half empty.  Perhaps use this slight pullback as an opportunity to gain better entry points. Or not. (That’s up to you)

Here’s what I’ve been reading this afternoon:

‘Global Sell-Off: Technicians Weigh In’ – Josh Brown – The Reformed Broker

‘The Question To Ask When You’re In A Drawdown’ – Brett Steenbarger – TraderFeed

‘Investing Tribes and the Paradox of Choice’ – Tadas Viskanta – Abnormal Returns

‘What A Time To Be Alive’ – Morgan Housel – Collaborative Fund

‘The 10 Fastest Growing State Economies’ – David Floyd – Investopedia
